ACFI Preparation Support Survey
This survey is directed to people working at residential aged care facilities who are involved in submitting funding claims to the Department of Health & Ageing. Most of the questions are about how well prepared you feel you are to make ACFI submissions and what type of support you have received so far, and would like to receive in the future, to assist your transition to this new system. The survey will only take about 10 minutes to complete.
