Cultural re-alignments of sites to result in on-track performance in sync with organisation’s values and principles.- Negotiate, cost, implement and report on industrial agreements designed to support the strategic goals and directions of the organisation.
- Complaint management, investigation and facilitation from initial site investigation through to Health Rights Commission or Complaints Resolution Tribunal Hearing stage.
- Accreditation preparation across People, Processes and Practices. Follow through to appeal stage if relevant, appropriate and valid.
- Human Resource disciplines: recruitment, policies, procedures, orientation, training and development, succession planning, performance management.
- Educate staff on the Values based approach to Recipient, Resident and Community service to support full compliance in terms of staff behaviour.
- Build positive relationships with external stakeholders.
- Develop management staff in terms of managerial capabilities and aged care technical skills.
- Process analysis to re-design work flows supporting greater efficiency.
